Your named GP

Every patient registered with 19 Beaumont Street Surgery has been allocated a named doctor to oversee their care. This doctor is known as the 'named accountable GP'.

If you wish to find out your named GP, please contact the surgery or ask at your next appointment. Our doctors and nurses work as a team and, as your named GP will not be available at all times, you are welcome to continue to consult with an alternative doctor or nurse, particularly if your problem is urgent.

If you would prefer a particular doctor to be your named GP, please let us know.

IT developments

The Surgery has made available a statement of intent about IT developments and a leaflet on how your personal information is managed.
