Practice Manager, Matthew Epton

The Practice Manager is responsible for all aspects of the smooth running of the practice including service provision, finances, personnel management, complaints handling and IT management.
 
 
 
Patient Services Manager, Christine Jacob

The Patients Services Manager is responsible for the smooth running of reception.  She arranges rotas for all the staff and is extremely knowledgeable about nearly all aspects of the practice.
 
 
 
Reception Staff

Receptionists organise appointments, arrange repeat prescriptions and, handle telephone calls and requests for home visits.  They also deal with medical reports and insurance medicals, results of investigations and registration of patients.
 
 
 
Practice Secretaries

The Secretaries are responsible for typing and sending letters and liaising with patients and hospital specialists regarding appointments.
 
 
 
Practice Administrators

The Practice Administrators assist the Practice Manager.

 
  
 
Data Quality / Coding Administrators

The Data Quality and Coding Administrators help look after the clinical system (electronic patient record) used by the clinicians this includes ensuring letters are scanned in to patient notes and that new patient notes are summarised on arrival into the practice.
